All activities are currently suspended, call office, or one of the contacts for more information 
 
Regular Service 
Support group providing encouragement and programs to those who have suffered a stroke * weekly meetings offer chair exercises, pool program and social programs * Speech Therapy program (stroke communication group) available * occasional outings and social events organized

Supervised Pool Exercises: Wed 10 am-10:45 am at Allandale Recreation Centre pool, 190 Bayview Dr, Barrie 
Chair Exercises: Thu 9:30 am-10:30 am at Allandale Recreation Centre pool, 190 Bayview Dr, Barrie
