Description (Service) A 6-bed post treatment transitional housing program for men who have completed a residential treatment program for substance abuse/addiction.
  • open to persons of all faiths and to those with no religious beliefs
  • transitional housing with an average length of stay from 6 months - 1 year
  • an abstinence-based, no-alcohol/no-drugs facility operated by the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, Toronto Central Council

Hours Community Home: Mon-Sun 24 hours
Areas Served Ontario
Eligibility
  • Men, 18 years and older
  • Immediately following completion of a residential addiction treatment program
  • Residents must attend Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous or Cocaine Anonymous meetings depending on the nature of addiction
Application Interested applicants will need to have their treatment centre contact vphomes@ssvptoronto.ca or call 416-364-5577 ext. 225 to make a Referral Request, self-referrals are not accepted at this time.

Fees All residents are required to pay rent. Residents are responsible for their own groceries.
