Provides individualized support, recreational programming, community connections, and accessible resources for deaf and hard of hearing people, for people experiencing sudden or progressive loss of hearing or speech, individuals with adaptive communication needs, and their families

Services can be provided in person, virtually or a combination of both in office or in the community

Programs include:

• Sign Language Interpreting Services - community, medical/mental health, business and educational
• Community Support Services - including support groups, recreational activities, virtual and in-person support
• Employment Services - job search, training, coaching, and access to accessibility services and devices
• Seniors Peer Network - accessible social-recreational activities for seniors with hearing loss
• ASL Community Classes - in partnership with Georgian College
• Advocacy and Accessibility Education - throughout Simcoe County and Muskoka Region
