| Description (Service) | A series of eight free, interactive and experiential group sessions that teach about Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) which has identified skills that we can learn and practice to help us be and live our best, whatever the challenges we face. For those struggling with anxiety, feeling "on edge" overwhelmed, "stuck" or depressed and those looking for a way to improve their psychological capabilities and fulfill your potential. Sessions are facilitated by two mental health professionals. Snacks provided. |
