Description (Service)

Provides 24 hour care and support to individuals with physical and/or developmental disabilities.

Residents receive assistance with daily life skills, time and money management and a full range of community participation and leisure activities. Also provides a year-round respite program and separate Acquired Brain Injury program.
Other services/programs include:

  • Supportive independent living (SIL) apartments in Owen Sound and Hanover
  • Outreach (Bruce and Grey counties)
  • Bathing program offered in Hanover, Holland Centre, Markdale, Owen Sound and Wiarton
  • Acquired Brain Injury program in Holland Centre, see separate 2-1-1 listing for details
  • Adult Protective Services (APS) Program (Grey Bruce), see separate 2-1-1 listing for details
