Community Food Bank:

provide fresh and canned or frozen meat, vegetables, fruits, cereal, eggs, bread, and a limited supply of personal care products to needy families once a month
quantity of food/products is determined by need and size of family
2-3 days worth of food/products is provided
community kitchen that makes frozen foods on a weekly basis

Eligibility	Must meet Residency Requirements No restrictions Referrals to other Food Banks can be arranged by office. Call for details.
Application	Drop-in at the Food Bank First time patron must complete an intake questionnaire
