A team of health care professionals focused on health promotion, illness prevention and primary health care services.

Programs offered include:

The CCFHT provides after hours care for patients who are rostered with the team

if you are a registered patient and require non-emergency medical care, phone your own doctor's office and a message will advise as to which office is open on that day
Clinics: Mon-Thu 5 pm-8 pm, and three hour weekend clinics are available on Friday evening or Saturday morning

All physicians have hospital privileges at Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare - South Muskoka Memorial Hospital Site
