Description (Service)

Provides services that support health and wellbeing for seniors, adults with physical challenges and caregivers. Programs and services include:

Meals on Wheels - Hot meals, frozen entrées, soups, desserts
Grocery Shopping/Delivery
Transportation and accompaniment for medical appointments, shopping and errands - accessible transportation available via the
Caremobile
Shopping Buddy
Exercise and Fall Prevention Classes - virtual and in-person options
Brokered Home Help and Maintenance
Lifeline
Friendly Visiting
Telephone Reassurance Checks
Dining and Recreation Events (including the Diners' Club and Social Drop-Ins)
Health and Wellness programs
Medical Equipment Program - accepts equipment donations
Blood Pressure Clinic - during the Diner's Club (location to be given when registering for the Diner's Club)

Hours	Mon-Fri 9 am-1 pm

Application	Registration required for services. Referral by self or family member. Diners' Club and Social Drop-Ins: call to register

Fees	Fees dependent on service. Some services are free, many services have a nominal fee ; No cost to register as a client
