Description (Service) A peer support group for people who experiencing grief at the loss of a loved one
  • 13 week education program
  • Spiritually based
  • Weekly videos/discussion topics include: Is this Normal?, Challenges of Grief, Grief and Relationships, Guilt and Anger, Complicating Factors, etc.
NOTE: facilitators are not therapists or counsellors but have all experienced loss of a loved one. The hope is to help you through your grief with the help of video's, workbooks, and small group discussions. This is a faith based program, but all are welcome. Each video has its own subject so if you have to miss a week, it is not a problem.

Hours Program: Tue 6:30 pm-8:30 pm
Two programs per year: Sep-Dec, Feb- May
