| Description (Service) | A multi-traditional group that supports Buddhism, monks, nuns and lay teachers in Ontario and provides opportunities for all members of the local community to explore and to practice the teachings of the Buddha in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Our activities include regular meditation sessions, hosting teachings by monastic and lay teachers, and organizing retreats where meditators can deepen their experience of the Dharma. |
