Services to those diagnosed with MS and their families.

  • Quality of Life Equipment Program: The Quality of Life Equipment Grants are designed to provide financial assistance to those requiring support with the purchase of mobility equipment, and safety devices.
  • CPP-D Application Support (CAS) : The CPP-D Application Support (CAS) aims to help individuals with MS who are applying for the Canada Pension Plan Disability benefit (CPP-D) successfully receive their benefits. Assistance available to determine eligibility for the benefit. This program is for non-Quebec residents only.
  • 1:1 Peer Support: Extended and One Call programs - The 1:1 Peer Support Program is a telephone and internet-based program for individuals living with MS and loved ones of people with MS. Support for specific questions, or issues related to MS.
  • MS Support groups - A complete list of in-person and virtual support groups is available on the website. To learn more and join, contact the MS Navigators or visit Cobourg/Port Hope Support Group for information
  • Other programs offered include We Talk MS, Sesh Online Group Support and Educational Webinars

Application Quality of Life Equipment program requires an application Complete both forms if applying for new/used equipment or cooling products. Only complete the Quality of Life Form for repairs.
