Support group for family caregivers and friends of individuals who live with with mental health and/or addictions challenges

connect with other family caregivers to share experiences and receive support needed to cope and manage
Support group is held virtually on the third Mon of the month at 6 pm-8 pm
hybrid meeting

- In-person: 128 Anne St S, Barrie

Eligibility	Age Requirements: 18 year(s) and up Family members, caregivers and friends of persons with a mental illness
Application	Referral - self Referral - family Email Tara Maxwell at tmaxwell@cmhastarttalking.ca and provide your date(s) of choice and attendance preference (online or in-person) to receive an email confirmation
