Description (Service)

Free weekly virtual program for parents with children ages 0-12 months designed to support newborn nutrition, perinatal mental health, breastfeeding, infant development, attachment and bonding

gives participants the opportunity to discuss and receive a variety of resources to help support their child's development as well as their parenting journey, including postnatal health and wellness, healthy eating, infant mental health, parenting education and support
Participants who attend programs may receive:

- Vitamin D drops for breastfed infants (every 90 days until their first birthday)
- Weekly program resources

Service Details

Public Comments	Simcoe County CAPC, including MotherCare, Baby Steps Next Step and Children's in-person and virtual programs, will be closed between December 23 and January 3, 2025. Programs will begin again on Monday, January 6, 2025.

Areas Served	Simcoe County ; Simcoe County - Programs located in Alliston, Angus, Barrie, Bradford, Collingwood, Innisfil, Midland, Orillia, Wasaga Beach

Eligibility	For Simcoe County families with children under 0-12 months old, who are currently on a low income or who receive social assistance
