Description (Service)

A 3-month residential, integrated concurrent disorders treatment program with 15 beds providing:

Cognitive-behavioural treatment for people with both a substance use disorder and a serious mental illness such as schizophrenia, major depression, bipolar disorder etc.
Focuses on teaching people new skills to better manage their addiction and mental illness.
Includes components such as cognitive behavioural therapy, psychoeducation, skills acquisition and self-help groups.

Hours	Office: Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
Areas Served	Muskoka District ; Ontario ; Parry Sound District ; Simcoe County
Eligibility	Ages: 16 year(s) and up 16 years and older
Application	Referral by a physician provider and a completed application form including corroborating psychiatric history is required. Visit website for Referrals Referrals are handled by Waypoint Central Intake.
