Connects people to their community with services that are person-directed and based on the principles of self-determination, social inclusion, citizenship, and choice.

Services may include:

• Planning and Assessment - A Direct Support Professional will help each person to create their own individualized plan of support based on their short- and long-term goals, strengths, dreams, and aspirations.
• Skill Development - Provides people the opportunity to learn and expand both basic and advanced social, daily living, and safety skills within the community and within their home setting.
• Educational Opportunities - People can join different interest and skill-based classes to further their personal development.
• Volunteer Opportunities - People are provided with support to obtain a volunteer placement based on their personal goals and desire to give back to their community.
• PULSE Sports and Recreation - Provides opportunities to explore new and different experiences through community-based activities, clubs, sports, and hobbies. It allows for new friendships to develop based on shared interests.
